The Practice
Sanctuary Therapeutic Counseling Services, LLC offers a safe haven which is conducive to promoting effective therapy on an outpatient basis. We treat a number of mental health disorders including PTSD, suicidality, self- esteem issues, substance abuse disorders, provide life coaching and a judgement free zone to individuals, families, and couples. I do participate with various insurance plans in the State of Florida. Please send a message if you are interested in learning more about this.
The Focus
The primary focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and to realize their potential. This is achieved by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, formulating a treatment plan that works for you, and working towards accomplishing goals. The approach to therapy is based on the needs of each individual.

Depression & Anxiety
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at any point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we will collaborate together to help you recover motivation, perspective, and the joy that you desire in your life.
Trauma & PTSD
You are not alone. Unfortunately, many individuals experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic events. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are just a few of the emotions that can linger. Therapy can help to guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Relationships
I provide mental health counseling to those struggling with any interpersonal issues on both an individual and/or couples level. I use a modern approach to treatment which involves meeting each client where they are and listening in an effort to help each individual recognize their inner strengths and strive to their utmost potential. This is all done in a judgement free zone and at each individual's own pace.
DOT SAP Provider
I provide assessments, treatment, and recommendations for the purpose of facilitating back to work processes for employees regulated under the Department of Transportation.
